What is a hire-train-place model?
As the name implies, potential candidates are hired and trained in the specific skillsets required by the hiring client. After successfully completing their training, they are placed as permanent employees within the organization, with all onboarding formalities completed.
The primary objective is to ensure that candidates are fully job-ready, eliminating the need for additional on-the-job training. This service not only prepares candidates thoroughly but also facilitates their permanent employment with the organization.

Train
The selected candidates undergo training for a period of 4-6 weeks, which may extend further based on the complexity of the skill and their individual learning capabilities. This phase is the most critical component of the hire-train-place model, as it is during this time that the candidates’ potential to address the skill gap is thoroughly evaluated.
Hire
After identifying and sourcing candidates, we select promising talent and enroll them in an intensive training program. This program is led by subject matter experts with extensive knowledge and experience in the relevant job role.
Place
Upon completing the training, candidates are scheduled for interviews with the hiring client. Those who pass the interview rounds proceed through the onboarding process. Once onboarded, the candidates are placed in the organization as permanent employees.
Support
We offer continuous support throughout the entire process and after the candidate’s placement. This ensures the successful execution of our hire-train-place model and guarantees that both parties are satisfied with their decision regarding the job.
