Employing our search strategy, we source and assess candidates, placing both experienced professionals and freshers into suitable roles based on skill assessments and interviews as per client requirements.
Deploy
After training, candidates undergo final interviews with the client. Successful candidates are deployed on a contractual basis until they secure permanent roles. There’s potential for permanent placement at the deployment organization.
